Colour
If you are new to hair colour or a new guest, please book a complimentary consultation.
You will also need to come in for a patch test 48 hours before your colour service.
While we always try to accommodate our clients, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-arrange your colour appointment.
Please note that there may be an additional charge depending upon the the volume of product we will need to use for your service. This will be discussed at your consultation.
Cuts & Styles
If you are visiting us for the first time or are not sure which hairstyle is right for you, we offer complimentary consultations to help.
DEPOSITS: To secure your booking, we ask all clients to pay a deposit of 50% of the cost of your service. This deposit will be taken at the time of booking your appointment and will be taken off your bill when you pay. For a full refund of your deposit, If you give us at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation, we will refund your deposit in full. Your deposit will also be fully refunded if, for any reason, we are unable to provide you with your chosen treatment.
CANCELLATIONS: Please give us at least 48 hours' notice or two working days' notice if you have to cancel or change your appointment. If you fail to provide enough notice, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.
LATE ARRIVALS: Please let us know if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment. We will always do our best to fit you in but if we are not left with enough time to complete your hair service, we may have to rearrange your appointment for another time. Thank you.

Hair Smoothing Treatments
All new clients must book a complimentary consultation so we can assess your hair and discuss the results we expect to achieve with your hair type and condition prior to your appointment.
The Collagen Treatment must be booked with either a haircut & finish or blowdry as the treatment price does not include finishing services.
Please note that there may be an additional charge to your service depending on the time we allow for your appointment. This will be discussed at your consultation.
